The Role: Associate Technical Consultant This role supports the delivery and optimisation of document and process automation solutions across enterprise customers. Working closely with senior consultants and project managers, you’ll play a key part in implementation, configuration, and ongoing technical support. It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to grow into senior consultancy or architecture. Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 years experience implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions Assist with implementation and configuration of document and process automation platforms Provide post-implementation support and continuous solution improvement Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary Collaborate on solution design, integration requirements, and project documentation Participate in client workshops, training, and knowledge transfer Contribute to delivery methodology and best practices Support pre-sales activities with demos or technical input when required About You 3 years experience with enterprise software delivery (automation, workflow, or ECM environments preferred) Certified in one or more of the following: Tungsten (Kofax) TotalAgility Tungsten (Kofax) Capture Tungsten (Kofax) Transformation Tungsten (Kofax) Communications Manager DocuWare Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment Multilingual capabilities (Dutch, English, German) advantageous Familiarity with APIs, system integration, or cloud/hybrid environments is a plus Willingness to travel for occasional onsite customer engagements
