Cape Town City Centre: Barista/ Bartender

Requirements: 12 years experience as a barista or bartender in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or bar environment Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of coffee preparation, cocktails, and beverage service Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude Must reside in or near Groot Brak Rivier or be willing to relocate immediately Immediate availability preferred Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to brand standards Engage with customers professionally and ensure an exceptional guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and restocking supplies Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently Support team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
