Building Foreman required Luxury Residential Project (R20 Million) Noordhoek, Cape Town A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to lead and manage the construction of a new high-end residential home valued at R20 million in the scenic Noordhoek area. Location: Noordhoek, Cape Town Project Type: High-end Residential Build Project Value: ± R20 Million Start Date: Immediate / January 2026 Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for the full duration of the project. Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, labour teams, and all site operations. Ensure top-quality workmanship in line with luxury residential standards. Daily planning, scheduling, and site logistics management. Enforce health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, compliant site. Manage material orders, deliveries, plant, and stock control. Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and meetings with management. Work closely with architects, engineers, and the client to ensure design accuracy. Monitor timelines, quality, and costs to ensure the project meets deadlines and budget. Identify and resolve site issues proactively. Requirements Minimum 510 years experience as a Building Foreman on high-end residential homes. Proven track record managing luxury builds or projects above R10m. Strong ability to read and interpret complex building plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Hands-on, detail-driven, and highly organised. Valid drivers licence and reliable transport. Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional finishes.
