Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Education & Experience: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or service-driven role. Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service, manage bookings, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Administrative Accuracy: High attention to detail when completing documentation, processing rentals, and managing billing or inspection records. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Driverâs Licence: Valid driverâs licence and reliable transport to commute to the airport. Highly Advantageous: Previous experience in the car rental , travel , or hospitality industry. Familiarity with rental or reservation software systems . Ensure reservation details are captured and managed accurately. Conduct pre- and post-rental vehicle inspections and document findings. Prepare and process rental agreements , ensuring customers understand all terms and conditions. Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly. Main Duties Assist customers in renting vehicles and explain rental options, rates, and policies. Manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling. Conduct detailed vehicle checks and record damages or maintenance needs. Process and explain rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete.
