Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Provide technical sales support to our sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to close deals and meet sales targets. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cisco products and solutions, including CCNA, Meraki, and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and provide technical guidance on complex sales opportunities. Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including sales collateral, technical notes, and product briefs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
