Responsibilities: Accurate setting out Reinforcing subcontractor management Formwork subcontractor management Ordering concrete Managing concrete casting team Managing concrete cube testing Wet works management and setting out Quality control Assist with health and safety controls Site logistic control Manage wages staff Qualification and experience required: National Diploma in Building or related tertiary qualification Minimum 5-15 years Structural Foreman experience gained within the commercial construction industry Proven experience with medium to large scale projects i.e. R20 R100 Million is highly preferred Surveying background is advantageous!
