Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. Key

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer journey strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze customer interactions to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience. Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to drive customer-centric initiatives. Lead customer feedback programs and implement solutions to improve engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years` experience in a CRM or Customer Experience role. Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, IMM, or Business Management. Strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills. Experience with CRM tools and customer journey mapping.
