We are seeking top-performing, highly disciplined Remote Customer Service Agents with proven experience in tariff billing, prepaid electricity, and meter support. Minimum Requirements • Matric (Essential) • 2 years Call Centre / Customer Service experience (Essential) • Experience with Prepaid Electricity Systems, Tariff Billing, or Metering Support • Strong computer literacy, fast and accurate typing & data capturing • Ability to work confidently across multiple systems and channels: • PBX • WhatsApp Support • Ticketing Systems • Tariff & Metering Platform • CRM Tools Fluent in either English & Afrikaans OR English & Xhosa • Must be professional, highly organized, and self-disciplined • Must deliver consistent attendance and performance • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Remote Work Requirements • Reside in Cape Town • Strong, stable fibre internet (no mobile hotspots) • A quiet, professional home working environment Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional remote customer service across multiple channels • Assist customers with tariff queries, prepaid electricity token issues, meter troubleshooting, and billing questions • Capture data accurately and quickly • Manage multiple incoming queries while maintaining high quality • Follow system workflows, scripts, and regulatory guidance • Maintain professionalism and efficiency at all times Skills & Attributes Needed • Exceptional communication skills • High accuracy under pressure • Fast learner with the ability to work across multiple systems • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability • Excellent time management and discipline • Consistent, reliable attendance • Commitment to high-performance delivery SALARY: R9500 PM Hours: Mon – Sunday (rotational shifts, with 1 weekend per month & time off)
