Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to foster loyalty and drive repeat business. Sales Processes: Oversee and optimize the sales process and lead management to ensure efficient and effective sales operations. Market Knowledge: Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and BMW Motorrad product offerings. Financial Services: Promote and manage retail financing and insurance sales to increase profitability. Marketing: Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive sales and build brand awareness. Dealer Relations: Manage relationships with BMW Group dealers, especially regarding Commercial Financing and sales operations.
