Cape Town City Centre: DENTAL RECEPTIONIST | CLAREMONT, CAPE TOWN

A well-established and busy General Dental Practice in Claremont, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The practice consists of 4 Dentists and 1 Oral Hygienist , and they pride themselves on providing excellent patient care in a professional environment. Requirements & Experience Needed 8 -10 years’ experience as a Dental Receptionist (essential) Secretary Diploma advantageous Proficient in Word, Excel and GoodX (preferable) Strong communication skills – must confidently handle emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp Well-spoken, professional, organised, and highly admin/task-orientated Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Willing to work: Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 17:15 One Saturday per month Training on Saturdays for the first 6 months Additional Saturdays if the practice requires catch-up work Start Date: Beginning of January 2026 – 1 February Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 before deductions (depending on experience) – Willing to pay more for the right experience.
