Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent/Consultant/Expert for their team. There will be some flexibility around work hours. Location: Cape Town Southern Suburbs
Requirements:
4 years travel experience First hand core destination experience (Sub-Saharan Africa) Proven sales experience Computer literate at an advanced level Excellent communications skills both written & verbal Knowledge of GDS/flight operating systems an advantage About: This friendly and inclusive company culture will have you feeling comfortable within your working environment. Responsibilities:
Curating high-end, tailor-made travel packages for a wide range of traveler segments Taking responsibility for the sales process from start to finish (including: planning, costing, refining & confirming -> post travel communications) Taking warm sales leads and converting them Presenting customised itineraries to clients High end customer service Responsibility to keep abreast of the industry`s developments Maintaining up to date commercial knowledge
Salary:
