Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to enhance the efficiency of finance software systems for a multinational financial client? As a Financial Applications Support Specialist , you will manage, support, and optimize applications, e.g. Concur, Sage, and Coupa. Your responsibilities will include system administration, user support, access management, and ensuring data integrity. You`ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and strategic decision-making. What you’ll do: Install, configure, and maintain finance systems, manage upgrades, and perform UAT. Follow change management processes and governance requirements. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning. Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting processes. Maintain and troubleshoot data integrations. Administer user permissions and ensure security best practices. Collaborate with Finance and TI stakeholders to optimize systems. Manage vendor relationships for finance systems. Your expertise: 3 years in financial systems administration. Strong understanding of financial concepts and data integration. Experience in system upgrades, UAT, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of financial modules (subledgers, General Ledgers). Familiarity with financial data consolidation and reporting. Experience in training and supporting end-users. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology and Finance Relevant certifications in financial systems (Advantageous) Personal traits: Problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. Excellent communication skills for non-technical users. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
