Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end financial processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial transactions. Prepare and upload financial journals using the SAP S/4 HANA system, maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Leverage the Recon Tool on SAP to conduct detailed account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure that all balances are accurate and properly accounted for. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve reconciliation issues, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, including the use of: Pivot tables for summarizing and analyzing large data sets. Look-up functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) for efficient data retrieval. Conditional formatting to highlight key metrics and anomalies. Complex formulas to streamline data calculations and enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA , particularly in financial processing and journal uploads. Technical Skills: Expertise in the use of the Recon Tool on SAP and strong MS Excel capabilities, including advanced formulas and data manipulation. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to financial analysis. BCom Degree would be highly advantageous.
