The Role: Mid-Level Frontend Engineer You’ll design and build high-performance, low-latency web applications that visualize real-time athlete and ball-tracking data. This is a hands-on engineering role within a collaborative, cross-functional environment ideal for someone who wants to work on greenfield projects and contribute to technology shaping the future of live sports. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain performant, user-friendly web interfaces for sports tech products Collaborate with product and design teams to implement and enhance features Develop interactive data visualizations that drive actionable performance insights Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews Optimize UI/UX for responsiveness and scalability across multiple devices Integrate APIs and manage asynchronous data flows efficiently Support live system deployments as part of an on-call rotation About You 3 years of experience in frontend engineering using JavaScript and TypeScript Strong proficiency in React (or similar frameworks such as Angular or Vue) Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress Skilled in integrating APIs and using Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Bonus) Experience with real-time or 3D data visualization libraries (e.g. D3.js, Three.js, Babylon.js) (Bonus) Passion for or experience in sports technology, analytics, or wearable devices A proactive, collaborative mindset with an eye for detail and performance Perks Hybrid working model (2 to 4 days in the office per week) Generous annual leave and occupational sick pay Enhanced parental leave and dedicated training budget Team socials and work-from-home allowance
