Responsibilities:
Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute marketing strategies that align with the global brand and local market trends. Campaign Design and Execution: Oversee the development of marketing materials across various channels (digital, print, video) with a focus on high-quality, visually engaging content. Graphic Design Leadership: Lead the creation of top-tier graphics and visual concepts for diverse marketing platforms, maintaining high design standards. Content Development and Brand Messaging: Ensure all marketing content is on-brand, resonates with the global market, and effectively communicates key messages. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global marketing, sales, and product teams to adapt campaigns to regional needs, ensuring cohesive and impactful initiatives. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Analyse campaign effectiveness, optimise performance and provide insights to senior leadership. Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing outputs meet the highest quality standards and are error-free. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. Over 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong portfolio in graphic design for both digital and traditional media. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong attention to detail and quality control in all creative outputs. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in international marketing and an understanding of regional market nuances. Exceptional communication skills in English and local languages. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a global or multinational marketing environment.
