Salary: R30,000 R50,000 Company: US-based Location: Fully remote Working Hours: Flexible Role Overview Manage, update, and actively publish content across Google Business Profiles Support physical therapy and performance-based local businesses Operate in a hands-on, execution-focused role Deliver consistent, accurate, and high-volume output Follow clearly defined SOPs with speed and precision Focus on AI-assisted GBP content creation and publishing at scale Google Business Profile Management Audit and maintain Google Business Profiles using internal SOPs Update and manage: Business information (NAP) Services and service descriptions Keyword-aligned business descriptions Operating hours, holiday hours, and special updates Images and media assets Monitor profiles for: Duplicates Verification issues Suspensions or warnings Clearly escalate issues when required GBP Content Creation & Publishing (Primary Focus) Generate Google Business Profile posts using AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) Follow defined templates and SOPs for: Offers Updates Educational posts Community and social proof posts Repurpose content from: Client Instagram accounts Client websites (blogs, service pages, announcements) Source and adapt: Captions Images Videos where applicable Rewrite content to be: GBP-appropriate Local keyword aligned On-brand Schedule and publish GBP posts using Semrush Media & Asset Management Select and upload relevant photos, graphics, and screenshots Ensure assets follow GBP best practices and brand consistency guidelines Rotate images regularly to keep profiles active and fresh Tracking, QA & Communication
