Job Summary
Job Specifications Maintain an up-to-date set of signed client and supplier contracts both electronically and in hard copy Maintain generic contract templates for all our clients services Manage and facilitate the Group`s company secretarial services which include, filing all applicable company secretarial documentation as required Creating and managing a record of what company secretarial obligations are Update Central Supplier Database with company information Minimum Requirements 3-5 years of experience within the finance or Legal industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Excellent organisational skills, deadline-driven and delivery-focused Flexibility in terms of juggling multiple deliverables and priorities Strong MS Office skills Team player but also able to work independently Diligent follow-up with all stakeholders and vendors Ability to be proactive and use initiative in problem-solving Strong attention to detail Legal administration, and company secretarial is preferred Kindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purpose of the recruitment and selection of the said position and this information may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.
