An established private higher-education institution is seeking an experienced academic leader to head up its School of Marketing . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the School of Marketing, including faculty and operations Shape and implement academic strategy and curriculum innovation Mentor and develop lecturers and students Ensure academic compliance, governance, and quality assurance Represent the School on executive academic structures Requirements: Master’s degree (PhD or PhD in progress advantageous) in Marketing, Brand, or related field 5 years in a senior academic or leadership role within higher education Strong understanding of marketing, digital, and creative industries Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams
