About the Role
Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town City Centre is seeking a structured and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of hotel marketing activities across all departments. As an execution role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring they are rolled out accurately, consistently, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the monthly marketing calendar (rooms, spa, F&B, events, offers)
- Coordinate campaign rollout across departments and suppliers
- Track actions, deadlines, and delivery against plan
- Review and approve weekly content plans prior to publishing
- Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone, and guest messaging
- Identify gaps or risks and correct before release
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
- 3–5 years marketing coordination or digital marketing experience
- Hospitality experience advantageous
- CMS exposure (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
- Strong written communication and administrative discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
