You understand how to sync data, manage lead flows, and bridge the gap between marketing and sales Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: A track record of designing and executing high-performing email campaigns that convert. You know how to segment, personalize, and automate for maximum engagement Data Analytics & Performance: You don’t just run reports; you derive meaning from them. You’re skilled with Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools to track MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI Testing & Optimization: You are methodical in your approach to A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and lead capture forms to continuously improve results Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
