Experience with GitHub or similar repositories (because every hero needs a shield). Bonus Superpowers: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Mastery of Firebase for push notifications and analytics. Skills in Kotlin or Objective-C (dual-wielding languages like Thors Mjolnir and Stormbreaker).
