Responsibilities:
Facilitate Plumbing trade programme, covering theoretical learning as per NQF Levels, SAQA, SETA ETQA, NAMB, and QCTO guidelines. Prepare assessments and manage student attendance. Develop assessment criteria aligned with programme objectives. Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records. Establish positive classroom environment and engage learners effectively. Provide constructive feedback to support skill development. Ensure fairness and consistency in assessments. Collaborate to improve curriculum and instructional methods. Communicate assessment outcomes clearly. Stay updated on industry standards and trends. Qualifications: Matric/N2/NCV L4 Qualification. Plumber Trade Certificate (Artisan). Assessor and Moderator certification on NQF Level 4.
