About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/ADMIN CLERK to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing excellent service to clients and visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide general administration support to the team

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a reception or front-office role
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Sage 300/Accpac an advantage

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred

Salary & Benefits
