Reception & Client Services Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and email communication Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organised Administrative & Document Management Coordinate the collection, delivery, and filing of documents as required Support administrative staff with day-to-day office duties Maintain accurate internal filing systems and log incoming correspondence and nominations Transport & General Support Carry out driving duties for office-related errands and approved assignments Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and ensure routine upkeep Minimum Requirements National Senior Certificate (Matric) essential 1 to 3 years experience in a receptionist, client-facing, or administrative support role Previous experience handling errands or transport responsibilities within a professional setting preferred Knowledge of how to manage sensitive documentation and maintain confidentiality Valid South African drivers license (manual transmission preferred) Dependable, punctual, and able to exercise sound discretion Key Skills Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and spoken communication skills Competent in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) Confident interpersonal style with a professional appearance and manner Please note: If you do not receive a response within three weeks, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
