Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10 years experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch or technical product environment. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing distributed teams. Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics. Experience expanding B2B sales channels locally and into other African markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed. South African citizen with no criminal record.
