About the Role
We are seeking a commercially sharp Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue, positioning, and demand across our growing portfolio of high-end hospitality and residential properties in Cape Town’s city centre. This role requires someone who understands premium positioning, disciplined sales execution, and how to build demand without diluting brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Group-wide sales strategy and revenue growth
- Channel performance across direct, OTA, corporate and strategic partnerships
- Brand positioning and consistency across all assets
- Demand generation that protects ADR and margin
- Campaign performance, cost of acquisition and ROI
- Go-to-market strategy for launches, repositioning and refurbishments
- Scalable systems to support portfolio growth
- Executive-level reporting and commercial insight
- Close alignment with Operations, Finance and Development to ensure delivery matches demand
Requirements
- Senior sales & marketing experience within luxury hospitality, property, or premium brands
- Strong commercial instinct — understanding occupancy, ADR, and margin dynamics
- Experience managing multiple assets or complex portfolios
- Confidence operating at executive level
- A structured, data-driven approach with sharp commercial judgement
- The ability to lead agencies and partners with clarity and accountability
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
