Requirements:

Relevant agricultural qualification (Degree/Diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture or related field) BASOS certification (preferable) At least 3 years of general agricultural experience Strong report writing skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Must be willing to travel extensively across the northern regions of South Africa Knowledge of fertilizer application and recommendations Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration

Duties:

Provide agronomic support and advice to farmers in the northern regions of South Africa Conduct field visits to monitor crop performance and recommend improvements Advise clients on fertilizer requirements and proper application methods Conduct soil and crop analysis to determine fertilizer and other input needs Develop and deliver technical presentations and reports to clients Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote company services Work closely with the international team, particularly the head office in Israel, to ensure alignment on best practices and strategies Stay updated with the latest agronomy trends and practices for effective problem-solving Provide training and guidance to farmers on new agricultural techniques and technologies Consultant: Rene Otte – Dante Personnel Greenstone
