Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex credit risk quantitative projects, providing advanced analytics and strategic insights. Develop, enhance, and implement credit risk models, focusing on risk assessment, forecasting, and optimization of credit portfolios. Advise clients on regulatory requirements, stress testing, and credit risk management strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape risk management frameworks and strategies tailored to clients needs. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in quantitative credit risk analysis.
Requirements:
At least 7-10 years of experience in credit risk, quantitative analysis, or a related field. Expertise in developing and implementing credit risk models (e.g., credit scoring, PD, LGD, EAD, stress testing). Strong proficiency in quantitative tools, programming languages (Python, R, SAS), and statistical analysis. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9) and their impact on credit risk management. Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, including client interactions and team leadership. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) would be a plus. Apply now
