Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled STEM professionals. 2. Promotion of company`s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. 3. Consistently grow and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates using multiple sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, career fairs, networking, and referrals. 4. Conduct initial screening and interviews to ascertain the competence and motivation of candidates. 5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for each role. 6. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and document all stages of the candidate recruitment process. 7. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and feedback. 8.
