Job Summary
Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Multi-Disciplinary Consulting Firm that is looking for a Civil Structural Engineer to join their team in Cape Town.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the management of structural engineering projects
- Responsible for finance of projects and future businesses developments
- Manage the client stakeholders, team members and contract personnel
- Be responsible for detailed structural engineering designs and execution of projects
- Oversee project quality, client and team satisfaction, and project success metrics
- Responsible for formal sign-off on all project deliverables
- Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks
- Prepare sector-specific standard documentation and procedures
Key requirements:
- BTech/ BSc degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered with ECSA
- Minimum of 3 years in consulting engineering
- Experience with reinforcement detailing packages such as PADDS, Addobar, Probar
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Prokon and Robot (advantageous)
