Job Summary

Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking to hire a Commercial Assistant to join their team in Cape Town. The Commercial assistant role is responsible for managing documents, assisting with sales activities, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring smooth business operations. This position requires strong communication skills, a technical background (preferred), and the ability to grow within the company.

Key

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Documents & Files

    • Organizing, storing, and maintaining documents, records, and quotation files (both digital and physical).

    • Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of documents.

  2. Supporting Sales Activities

    • Assisting with sales-related tasks such as:

      • Preparing quotations for customers.

      • Tracking sales leads and managing key accounts.

      • Following up on payments.

  3. Liaising with Internal & External Stakeholders

    • Coordinating communication between internal departments, clients, vendors, and sales representatives.

    • Ensuring smooth collaboration and facilitating business operations.

  4. Providing General Administrative Support

    • Performing general administrative tasks.

    • Delivering goods to customers when necessary.

    • Attending client meetings with the Commercial Director.

Job

Requirements:


Matric certificate with Mathematics.
Fully bilingual (fluent in at least two languages).
Technical school background preferred.
Strong sense of accountability and potential for growth within the company.
Roofing experience is an advantage.
