Job Summary
Company specializing in the design, manufacturing and installation of tailor-made, top-quality timber roof structures for the commercial, industrial and residential markets across South Africa, with a special focus on Roof Installations in Cape Town has a vacancy for a Commercial Assistant.
Duties:
- Managing documents and files: Organizing and maintaining documents, records and quotation files both electronically and physically, to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Supporting sales activities: Assisting with sales-related tasks such as preparing quotes, tracking sales leads and managing of key accounts which includes following up of payments etc.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders: Coordinating with other departments, clients, vendors and internal sales representatives on behalf of the commercial director to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Providing administrative support: Performing general administrative tasks which may include delivering of goods to customers and attending meetings with clients.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate with mathematics
- Fully bilingual
- Candidates with a technical school background will take preference
- Accountability and the ability to grow within the company.
- A person with roofing experience will have an advantage
Salary & Hours:

Salary:
R 8,000.00 R15,000 based on experience
- Work hours: Monday Thursday 7:45 16:45, Friday 7:45 15:45
