Cape Town – Western Cape
- Write, edit, and proofread content tailored to audiences in engineering, manufacturing, design, and off-road racing.
- Develop engaging and informative blogs, articles, social media posts, and marketing materials that resonate with enthusiasts and professionals in these industries.
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to develop content that drives traffic and engagement.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on advancements in engineering, manufacturing techniques, and off-road racing to inform content strategies.
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with engineering, design, manufacturing, or off-road racing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Experience writing for technical or automotive industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Grammarly, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style to technical and creative audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
