Job Overview
Ciovita is looking for a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Branding Lead to join our dynamic Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient application of client branding onto pre-existing product designs. While not highly technical, it requires strong design execution skills, exceptional planning and coordination abilities, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to meet branding requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and interpret briefs to accurately apply branding to existing product templates and design layouts.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare mock-ups, place logos, and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Trace and clean up logos or artwork to create production-ready files when required.
- Manage and prioritise a queue of branding projects based on urgency, complexity, and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal branding application teams and external suppliers to coordinate approvals, timelines, and production readiness.
- Ensure all branding assets and instructions are accurate, clearly labelled, and delivered within required timeframes.
- Communicate effectively across departments to align on timelines, feedback, and potential risks.
- Maintain organised records of branding assets, project status, and supplier interactions.
- Support process improvements to streamline workflow and improve turnaround times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (layout, tracing, and file preparation essential).
- Ability to trace and rebuild logos quickly and accurately.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in design placement and file naming.
- Confident verbal and written communicator with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Experience in a branding, print, or apparel environment (vinyl or DTF transfers experience is highly advantageous).
- Experience in managing a team.
- A drivers licence is required.

- Minimum 23 years in a branding or design role, with leadership experience.
