Job Summary
IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africas #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for Customer Care Representatives to join their team in Cape Town.
To qualify for this position, you need:
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Telephone etiquette
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Familiar with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.)
- Experience in the property industry beneficial
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Calling leads generated in the CRM for rentals, vet clients and submit applications for tenancy
- Supporting inbound volume coming from reception/sales transferred to rentals if this is the nature of the customer query
- Completing bulk email sends and managing any new application queries coming through via the mailbox
- Schedule viewings against the availability shared by Rental Agents
- Work from developments that need to get tenanted
- Hosting viewings
