Job Summary
Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement? Were looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing the end-to-end customer journey.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer journey strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to drive customer-centric initiatives.
- Lead customer feedback programs and implement solutions to improve engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years` experience in a CRM or Customer Experience role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, IMM, or Business Management.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer journey mapping.
