Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement? Were looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing the end-to-end customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer journey strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to drive customer-centric initiatives.
  • Lead customer feedback programs and implement solutions to improve engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years` experience in a CRM or Customer Experience role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, IMM, or Business Management.
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer journey mapping.
