What you will do:

You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across CRM communications, presentations, social media and more. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications and academic teams to support cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate has experience with Figma for collaborative design, Hubspot for creating compelling client communications, proficiency in organising assets within Google Drive and the ability to produce engaging visuals for social media. Video editing experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• CRM and email design: Design visually appealing and responsive emails for CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring brand consistency and device compatibility
• Presentation design: Create polished and on-brand presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint for various internal and external needs
• Social media content: Develop impactful and engaging graphics optimised for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, enhancing audience engagement
• Collaborative design in Figma: Use Figma to collaborate on projects, sharing design assets and prototypes with cross-functional teams
• Google Drive organisation: Manage and organise design files and assets on Google Drive, ensuring easy accessibility for team members
• Video editing (advantageous): Edit short-form video content for social media or educational materials, enhancing our storytelling abilities
• Campaign and brand support: Uphold and evolve our brands visual identity across digital platforms and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines

What you must have:

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• CRM design: Experience designing for CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Social Media design: Expertise in creating optimised visuals for social media platforms
• Presentation design: Proficient in creating presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Figma: Experience with Figma for collaborative design projects and prototyping
• Organisational skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage files within Google Drive
• Video editing (advantageous): Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Team player with strong communication skills: The ideal candidate will work closely with teams across the organisation to adapt designs to meet diverse needs and bring creative concepts to life

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in online education or digital learning
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles to create intuitive user experiences
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
