Responsibilities

• Developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters to attract  and retain customers.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media dashboards, email marketing software.
• Ability to create compelling and informative content across various formats.
• Interpreting data to identify trends and make informed marketing decisions.
• Basic design skills to create visually appealing content for social media and other platforms.
• Understanding of marketing principles such as customer segmentation, brand positioning, and lead generation.
• Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present marketing strategies.
• Implementing strategies to improve a website`s ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs) through keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization.
• Creating and managing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn to foster audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Managing paid advertising campaigns on search engines (PPC) and social media platforms to target specific demographics and generate leads.
• Designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products or services.
• Tracking website traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics using analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Conducting market analysis to understand target audiences, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
• Creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including budget allocation and campaign timelines.

• Minimum of 3 years` experience as a Digital Marketer in an Agency setting.
• Experience in designing content on Adobe, Canva or other software.(Design).
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Excellent grasp of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to take the digital services to the next level

• Own computer or laptop.
• ADSL/ FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
• Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
• Anti-virus installed.
• UPS/ Back-up battery for load shedding.
