Hire Resolve`s client is currently looking for a highly experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join their team and lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company`s financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes to ensure the organization`s financial health and stability.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the operational financial activities of the company, including tax compliance.
• Control the companys financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
• Ensure compliance is in line with the companys requirement to have a level 5 B-BBEE rating.
• Analyse the companys financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
• Analyse required procurement spend and other B-BBEE level 5 spend and compliance.
• Work in conjunction with the companys B-BBEE adviser and other external advisers, including financial and legal advisers.
• The role is hands-on and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of the South African IFRS for Small and Medium Sized Entities.
• Some experience of company tax, payroll taxes and VAT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Technology focused and data driven approach to delivering a finance function.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and its functions.
• Self-motivated team player, but also able to work alone.
• Relevant Diploma/Degree
• 2-4 years experience (relevant)
• Professional accounting qualification
