Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the company’s long-term financial Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management and Manage the company’s budgeting process, including the development and monitoring of annual budgets
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support business decision-making and planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee the company’s cash flow management, including the monitoring of cash balances, investment activities, and the maintenance of banking relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support, including assisting with pricing strategies and cost management.
- Supervise a team of financial professionals, providing coaching and professional development opportunities as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company’s compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:

BCom Hons / CIMA / ACCA / CASA

A driven individual with a proven track record of successfully managing the finance function
and leading a strong team. -
5-10 years of experience as a Financial Manger

Automotive industry experience will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
