Job Summary

We at SALT EB are looking to offer young dynamic graduates an excellent opportunity to get work exposure in the Financial Services Industry. We are interested in partnering with these successful candidates to grow their careers whilst building long term relationships with them. You will be working in different departments to gain practical work experience in various aspects of the business.

Job Specification
Graduate Development programme:
This is a 12-month fixed contract position which is aligned to providing the candidate with experience in Funeral Funds and Retirement Funds administration.
Responsibilities
- You are required to read and understand the relevant legislation and requirements of the financial services industry.
- Ensure that all compliance practices and procedures are adhered to.
- Must be able to communicate to members and clients effectively on email and on the phone.
- Must be able to monitor time management of tasks assigned.
- Data collection and processing of transactions.
