This busy 4* hotel is in search of a vibrant, well presented Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office Team. The role will include but not limited to the check-in and check-out of guests, attending to guest enquiries as well as assist the Front Office Management team with processing of all front desk procedures, using the property management system. REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in hotel property management system required with Opera experience beneficial Computer literate Excellent communication skills Fluency in English, additional languages advantageous Ability to pay close attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Must be able to work as part of a team Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays Minimum 2- 3 years Front Office experience gained at a reputable property Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent advantageous
