REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (BCom HR Management or National HR Diploma preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong understanding of BCEA, local labor laws, and Good Practice
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and skilled in Excel dashboarding, reporting, and analysis
- Experience in handling disciplinary hearings, issuing warnings, and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to clients, staff, and institutions
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and adaptability
- Deadline-driven, resilient, and solution-oriented with a thirst for learning and growth
- High energy, goal-focused, and committed to integrity and professionalism
- Unquestionable reputation for honesty and discretion
DUTIES:
- Assist with the general administrative tasks for the HR Department
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle by drafting adverts, advertising, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, interviewing for entry level positions and conducting employment checks.
- Drafting memos, policies, facilitate training.
- On boarding of new employees as and when required.
- Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters relating to wages, leave and training.
- Assist training and development with administrative functions as and when required.
- Capturing leave and filing.
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturdays: Occasionally
