Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Assist with process optimization and improvement initiatives
- Participate in production planning and analysis
- Conduct time and motion studies
- Assist with the design and implementation of workstations
- Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Recently graduated a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
- No prior experience required.
- High analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
