• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for at least 2 years, particularly in integration projects and API-driven platforms
• Strong experience interacting with both customers and developers, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution
• Proven track record of managing integrations with third-party IT teams, vendors, and offshore development teams
• Deep understanding of APIs, system interoperability, and integration architectural patterns
• Hands-on project management experience, including scoping, resource planning, and risk mitigation
• Experience managing change within an organization, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
