Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Intermediate Inbound Consultant to join a reputable inbound B2B Destination Management Company in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a professional with some inbound experience looking to further develop their expertise in travel and tourism consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client bookings and itineraries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and products to clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to support seamless operations.

• Assist with client queries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client use.

• Utilise company systems, including Tourplan, for bookings, reporting, and administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years experience in inbound tourism or travel consulting.

• Basic knowledge of the destination and product, with willingness to expand expertise.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Training Provided:

• Tourplan software training and internal systems induction.

Salary: R20,000 R27,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
