- Answering Calls and Administrative Communication
- Daily Customer Control Room Communication
- Manifest Completion:
- Delivery Note Creation
- Customer Data Management
- End-of-Day Reporting of all manifests to the Operations Manager
- Receipts and Documentation Management – Upload receipts (company debit card expenses) to Google Drive on a daily basis.
- Ensure all receipts are properly labelled and stored for easy access.
- Asset Register Administration – Administer the asset register, pump register, flange register, and hose register.
- Keep these registers up to date on Google Drive, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Grade 12
- Fluent in English: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets: Strong skills in spreadsheet software for tracking and reporting data.
- Proficient on Google Drive: Ability to use cloud-based tools for document storage and collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: Must have high accuracy in completing manifests, delivery notes, and updating registers.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep documentation organized.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly with minimal supervision.
