What Youll Be Doing (with training & support) E-Commerce Content & Platform Support

Assist with preparing and submitting content upload files, including NIS sheets and variation templates

Support the creation, QA, and localisation of product content (titles, bullet points, long descriptions, A+ content, brand stories)

Maintain trackers to monitor content updates across multiple European markets

Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to collect product images and content assets

Assist with regular content checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting compliance

Support basic keyword integration and content optimisation under guidance

Respond to basic e-commerce content or listing queries when escalated
E-Commerce Coordination

Support the setup and updating of product pages across e-commerce platforms

Assist with refreshing existing product pages to improve clarity and performance

Help ensure online product information is accurate and consistent

Support internal documentation of e-commerce processes and best practices

Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support smooth day-to-day e-commerce activity
