Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Junior Graphic Designer / Multi-Media Designer with a 70/30 split between graphic design and video editing. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for both print and digital platforms, while also working on video content for our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (70%):

Create eye-catching visuals for digital and print materials, including social media posts, brochures, website assets, presentations, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.

Maintain consistency of Dengages brand guidelines across all design outputs.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Assist in designing product assets, including UI/UX mockups, dashboard designs, and feature icons.

Video Editing & Multimedia Content Creation (30%):

Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, including explainer videos, product demos, tutorials, and promotional content.

Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and create multimedia assets for both internal and external communications.

Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the needs of specific campaigns.

Edit raw footage, add effects, and create motion graphics to enhance video presentations.
Requirements
-
A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience in video production and editing, including sound, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

Knowledge of web and social media platforms to design assets optimized for different formats.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying updated on design trends.
Preferred:

Experience with other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.

Experience in animation and motion design.

A keen interest in tech and SaaS marketing.
