Our client is in need of an ordering clerk who can think on his/her feet at all times. This person will be working in the offices at our ready-mix plant outside Durbanville. Experience in related industry will be to your advantage. You will be reporting to the Senior Orders Administrator. Customers and reps will mainly be your daily contacts.

Some of the responsibilities and requirements (skills):

• Matric
• Computer literate
• Own transport essential
• Well organized and adaptable
• Taking orders telephonically or via e- mail
• Planning and coordinating the daily order book under pressure
• Good communication skills telephonically or via e-mail with clients
• Speak and write Afrikaans & English fluently
• You might be requested to work overtime and Saturdays
• High work ethic and sober habits

Salary & working hours

• Please indicate expected salary.
• Production hours are from 7:00 to 17:30.
